Magic and Lightning: Into the Mind of Nikola Tesla
Written and performed by Ian Ruskin
Saturday May 12 at 8PM
Acclaimed playwright and actor Ian Ruskin brings his newest multi-media one-man play to Theatre West, continuing his mission to highlight misunderstood men in American and World history. His previous plays include From Wharf Rats to Lords of the Docks about radical labor leader Harry Bridges and To Begin the World Over Again: the Life of Thomas Paine, both of which aired on PBS.
“All is rhythm. The movement of a planet, the surging and ebbing of the tide, the reverberations in the air, the oscillations of electric current, the infinitely varied phenomena of organic life…birth, growth, old age, and death… what is it all but rhythm.”
